2. Products and pricing

We do our best to display products, colours and descriptions accurately, but screens vary and minor differences may occur. Prices are shown in the selected currency. We reserve the right to change prices and to correct errors at any time. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud, and will refund any payment in full.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.

5. Shipping and returns

6. Use of our products

Please follow all instructions and safety information supplied with electrical items. Lighting products are intended for decorative use only. Keep small parts away from young children.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
