Shipping policy

Free worldwide shipping

Every order ships free, to every country we deliver to. No minimum spend.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with your tracking link once it's on its way.

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods such as November and December, or due to customs and carrier delays.

Christmas delivery

Because of high seasonal demand, we recommend ordering as early as possible to receive your gifts before Christmas.

Multiple items

If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. Each package has its own tracking.

Customs, duties and taxes

Some countries may charge import duties or taxes on arrival. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, email us at fashionclassicwear11@gmail.com and we'll investigate and send a replacement or refund if your parcel is lost.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away — we can update it before your order is dispatched.
